TRANSFER PRINT / DIGITAL PRINT – CAD-CUT
CAD-CUT transfer printing is very similar to previosly mentioned termal transfer method, except it is only suitable for designs with 1 or 2 colours. CAD-CUT is a type of printing that relies on computer-aided technology. The process involves cutting out your designs, logos, shapes, names or numbers from a special vinyl material and transferred under the press to the fabric. The designs are cut using industrial cutting machines or plotters. It enables 1 or 2 colour designs and logos to be printed very quickly and is a great option for names and numbers on promotional clothing and printed sports clothing.
CAD-CUT transfer printing is ideal for low-quantity T-Shirt runs, workwear, sports clothing where you need names and numbers. It's also perfect if you're looking to create simple T-shirts, vests as well as promotional clothing, one-off promotional T-shirts or stag and hen do T-shirts. We can use Cad-Cut transfer printing to print on both light and dark garments and can also be used on other items for clothing such as hats, jumpers and much more. The prints are characterized by very high durability and quality.
How CAD-CUT transfer printing is done?
First, your logo or text is put through computer software for refinement. After that, it’s digitally cut from sheets of vinyl using accurate layers. Once all of your design has been cut out of the material we get to work heat-sealing it onto the garment of your choice. We can apply CAD-CUT transfers on any fabric – polyester, cotton, nylon or even umbrellas! At Corporate Image we provide the garments you need as quick as possible, straight from our well supplied warehouse. And with some of the most competitive pricing around, you won’t believe the quality you’ll receive.

Transfer FLEX and FLOCK
The different types of vinyl available allow for different specialist effects that your designs can be made from or that could be added to certain elements of your design to make it stand out from the rest.
The most popular effects include:
FLEX technology allows reflective, metallic prints depending on the film color used. Effects can be made entirely or as graphic design elements.
FLOCK is next to flex technology, extremely durable form of printing with a suede effect. As with the flex method, 100% imprints the material and cuts out the contour. It allows for a convex print with a characteristic mossy and velvety texture. Due to the structure of the material, it is used to decorate the fabric when the design is prepared in one color.
The processes for printing these special effect materials is exactly the same: a plotter is used to cut the design from the material before it is applied using an industrial heat press onto the garment itself.
