Computer embroidery as the most elegant and durable imprint method (resistant to multiple washing cycles in high temperatures). Embroidery is a great way to make your design really stand out in a 3 dimensional way. Embroidery can be used on many different items, and in many different ways.

Recommended especially for polo shirts, shirts, tracksuits, jackets and fleece, hats, etc . However, it is not recommended for fabrics below 180g.

The low cost of embroidery makes it ideal for start-up companies and large organisations with a large workforce. Embroidery is a very involved process, therefore the pricing can vary immensely from project to project. Corporate Image will do the best we can to keep costs down for our customers. Pricing heavily depends on these few factors:

• quantity of items
• number of stitches in the embroidery file
• size and shape of the item

Embroidery is cost-effective for orders starting from 6 items and uneconomical on large surface areas.

PLEASE NOTE

• sometimes it is very difficult to achieve exact replications of your designs & logos if they have lots of colour tones and shading but we use the latest machinery and quality threads to ensure the highest quality finish. Remember that embroidery uses single colour threads and stitches to re-create your design. We MUST see your logo or design in order to quote and confirm if it can be done.
• Some designs may need slight modification before they can be embroidered. For example, small text below 4-5mm may need enlarging and designs with very fine detail may need simplifying to achieve the best finish.

Want to know more how do we do it?

Firstly, your design is set up within a special file format called a DST file. The digitizer has to actually recreate the artwork using stitches. Because embroidery is in a sense 3 dimensional, some exciting effects can be included to “spruce up” a normally flat piece of artwork. We then use this file and the running sheet to tell our machines exactly how to embroider your logo or design to ensure a perfect finish. After this file has been sent to the machine, the garments are fixed into place using a special support which clamps the embroidered area of the garment so it's taught and will not move. Finally, threat colours are added to the machine and the design is stitched on to the garment. In the finishing process, the garments are inspected for quality, individually trimmed of excess material and excess threads, than folded and packages ready for delivery to the end user.

Embroidery is designed so that it always produces a high-quality finish. The stitching looks stylish and sophisticated while the accuracy in the completed embroidery also ensures that it stands the test of time.

Artwork needed as vectored files .ai, .eps, or preferably .pdf’s.

Please advise your Pantone Colour reference. We do our best to match the colours, however since not all colour treads are available we will chose the best match and not be responsible for variances in this colour.
