SCREEN PRINTING
Screen printing is arguably the most versatile and dominant technique of all printing processes. It is without a doubt one of the oldest techniques in existence; the most used as well. This is a proven, high-volume printing, most durable and cost-effective imprint technique for garments. It gives the ability to map and reproduce Pantone colours or full colour prints. Full colour, multicolour printing is done in CMYK technology or spot separation. Technique does not permit personalization of items, the design has to remain the same throughout the entire run. Large print runs of all sorts of cotton and polyester fabrics can be printed using this technique. However, it is not possible to print on fleeces. The preparation process is done within 2 hours from receiving production files (vector graphics formats .pdf, .ai, .cdr). Our new screen printing machines give us a capacity of 10,000 pcs per day. Print, fold and pack shirts is done automatically. Screen printing is done with plastisol ink as standard, and on request also with water paints and discharge ink. We use it to print on a wide variety of substrates, including cotton, nylon, polyester or variations. Our most common use for screen printing is on T-shirts.

This technique is one of the most flexible methods of textile personalisation, being used in a wide range of materials, fabrics and products. Screen printing has such a good reputation because it is a technique of high durability with which you can achieve the colours Pantone and when making large quantities, the cost is very low, that is why it is recommended to order a minimum of 50 units. Among other points in favour of screen printing is the wide variety of different inks as well as the existence of 'jumbo' screens to print on much larger garments.
Screen printing is used on different products within the textile, stationery and promotional materials thanks to its wide versatility and optimal results. It is easy to find merchandising for events, sports activities or other purposes with the prints made with this technique especially one needs to personalise large quantities.
